About London Dungeon Standard Entry

London Dungeon Standard Entry at The London Dungeon in County Hall takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darker history in an immersive live attraction. The experience brings together theatrical actors, special effects, themed scenes and rides, with historical figures including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper appearing along the way.

The attraction is built around scare-driven storytelling and sensory effects, with sets designed to be seen, heard, felt and smelt as the stories unfold. Standard entry is for a booked timeslot, and the visit lasts approximately 90 minutes.

Key facts: Approximate duration is 90 minutes. The experience includes 2 underground rides and a mix of live shows and interactive storytelling. Guests should attend at their booked timeslot and present an e-ticket for scanning before the tour begins.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The London Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Please arrive at your booked timeslot and show your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, so you can be scanned in before the tour starts.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival, on presentation of proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but for health and safety only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. After booking, wheelchair timeslots should be arranged in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

Waterloo is the closest Underground station, around five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are about a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster is also within walking distance. From Waterloo, follow signs for the South Bank. From Embankment or Charing Cross, cross Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
