About London Dungeon - Scare and Share

London Dungeon - Scare and Share at The London Dungeon, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darkest history with theatrical storytelling, live actors, special effects and two underground rides. You will encounter notorious historical characters including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.

The experience combines 360-degree sets, staged scenes and interactive shows with contemporary storytelling. It is designed to bring the capital’s past to life through sights, sounds and effects as you move through the attraction.

Duration: Approximately 90 minutes.

Before you book

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. The attraction is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry for young children is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Please attend at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to a member of staff, either printed or on a mobile device, so it can be scanned before the start of your tour.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. Wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz with your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Dungeon is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station and is about five minutes’ walk away via signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are around 10 to 15 minutes’ walk across Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster is also within walking distance via exit one and signs for Westminster Pier.
