About London Dungeon - Scare and Share

London Dungeon - Scare and Share at The London Dungeon, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7PB, London is an immersive attraction that takes visitors through 1,000 years of London’s darker history. It combines theatrical actors, special effects, 360-degree sets, scenes and two underground rides.

Guests encounter historic figures including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper as familiar tales are retold with a contemporary twist. The experience brings together live performance and themed rides in one visit.

Duration: Approximately 90 minutes.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The attraction is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Please arrive at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to a member of staff before the start of your tour, either printed or on a mobile device. No exchanges or refunds are available after purchase.

Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but it can admit only one wheelchair user per hour. Please book a wheelchair timeslot in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

Waterloo is the closest London Underground station, about five minutes’ walk away via signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a ten to fifteen minute walk across Hungerford Bridge. Westminster station is also nearby; take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
