About

About Globe Theatre Tours 2026

Globe Theatre Tours 2026 at Shakespeare’s Globe is part of Shakespeare’s Globe Story & Tour, combining a guided visit with time in the exhibition space. It takes you into the theatre and into the story of Shakespeare’s London, with a focus on the building, its stagecraft and its history.

The walk-through exhibition space explores more than 400 years of history through sights, sounds and displays. You can also see seasonally curated exhibits from past productions and try interactive costumes and props.

Inside the Globe Theatre itself, expert guides расска tell the story of the original 1599 theatre, its survival through plague, fire and political oppression, and its return in the 1990s. The tour also highlights the theatre’s craftsmanship and what it meant to the thousands of Londoners who once filled it.

Duration: approximately 2 hours, including a 50 minute guided tour and self-guided time in the exhibition space. Language: all tours are in English. Age guidance: suitable for all ages.
