About Globe Theatre Tours 2026

Globe Theatre Tours 2026 at Shakespeare’s Globe combines Shakespeare’s Globe Story & Tour with a guided visit to the Globe Theatre itself. The experience includes a walk-through exhibition space and explores more than 400 years of history, stagecraft and Shakespeare’s London.

Visitors can see seasonally curated displays, interactive costumes and props, and learn the story of the original 1599 theatre. The tour also covers how the theatre survived plague, fire and political oppression before being rebuilt in the 1990s.

Key facts: Approximately 2 hours in total, including a 50 minute guided tour and self-guided time in the exhibition space. Tours are in English and suitable for all ages.
