About A World Elsewhere
A World Elsewhere at the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse follows Cass, a boy with a heart full of stories, as he and his band of imaginary friends journey through a world shaped by his imagination. Inspired by his Grandma’s love of Shakespeare, the story moves through heroes, villains, monsters and shipwrecks as Cass’s elsewhere-world begins to change.
The Olivier-nominated team behind Rough Magic and Midsummer Mechanicals return with a production that brings music, laughter, friendship and imagination together. It is a celebration of storytelling and the worlds that stories can create.
Running time: 1 hour 30 minutes.
