A Midsummer Night's Dream 26S at the Globe Theatre is a new production of Shakespeare’s comedy. Set on the eve of a royal wedding, it follows a company of amateur performers preparing a play for the occasion, a group of lovers moving through a moonlit forest, and fairy spirits whose interventions shape the story through the night.

The production brings the play’s mix of celebration, confusion and transformation to the Globe. As the night deepens, the ordinary and the extraordinary overlap, with misfired spells, shifting relationships and a story that moves from mischief towards dawn.
