A Midsummer Night's Dream 26S at the Globe Theatre is a new production of Shakespeare's comedy, set against starry summer skies and a feeling of shared celebration. The venue becomes the setting for a night where the everyday and the extraordinary begin to meet.

On the eve of a royal wedding, a company of amateur performers prepares a play for the occasion and invites the audience into their story. A group of lovers then follows desire and connection through a moonlit forest, where they collide with playful spirits in a fairy realm.

As hearts open and spells go awry, the night fills with mischief, chaos and changing fortunes. By dawn, everyone has been changed.
