About Avenue Q
Avenue Q is a three-time Tony Award-winning musical that has returned to the West End after two decades. Fresh out of college and searching for his purpose, Princeton ends up in a shabby apartment on New York’s rundown Avenue Q, where he meets his new and colourful neighbours.
Together they navigate the struggles of work, love and paying the bills in their own humorous way, with irreverent songs and puppet characters at the centre of the show.
The production brings together original Broadway director Jason Moore, whose credits include Pitch Perfect and Shrek the Musical, and original puppet designer Rick Lyon. It is playing for a strictly limited season this spring.
