About SEA LIFE London Standard Entry + VR Experience

SEA LIFE London Standard Entry + VR Experience takes place at SEA LIFE London Aquarium in County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, and guides you through a series of themed habitat zones. The experience includes Polar Adventure, the Ocean Zone, Rainforest Adventure, jellyfish displays and shark areas, with more than 5,000 animals to see.

Interactive daily talks run throughout the day, along with regular feeds for octopuses, rays, penguins, sharks and rainforest creatures. It is a self-paced visit, so you can spend time exploring the underwater world at your own pace.

Allow around 1.5 to 2 hours to enjoy the full experience, although this depends on how long you choose to stay.

Key facts: Open every day except Christmas Day. Monday to Friday and Sunday opening is 10am to 5pm, with last entry at 5pm; Saturday opening is 9:30am to 6pm, with last entry at 6pm. Some extended opening hours apply during school holidays.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Please arrive at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to staff, either printed or on a mobile device. You will be scanned in before the start of your visit. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. SEA LIFE London is fully wheelchair accessible and can admit up to 10 wheelchair users at any one time on a first come, first served basis. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

SEA LIFE London is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes away on foot via signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are around 10 to 15 minutes’ walk across Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster, use exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
