About SEA LIFE London Standard Entry + VR Experience

SEA LIFE London Standard Entry + VR Experience at SEA LIFE London Aquarium takes you through a series of themed habitat zones, including Polar Adventure, Ocean Zone, Rainforest Adventure, a jellyfish area and shark displays. The aquarium is home to over 5,000 animals, with Gentoo penguins, green sea turtles, stingrays, a zebra shark, octopus, rays and rainforest creatures among the species highlighted on site.

Interactive daily talks run throughout the day, with regular feeds for octopus, rays, penguins, sharks and rainforest creatures. Check the daily timetable when you arrive to plan your visit around the live activities.

Allow around 1.5 to 2 hours to enjoy the full experience, although your visit may take longer or shorter depending on how much time you spend inside.

Key facts: Average visit time is 1.5 to 2 hours. SEA LIFE London is open every day except Christmas Day. Monday to Friday and Sunday opening is 10am to 5pm, with last entry at 5pm; Saturday opening is 9:30am to 6pm, with last entry at 6pm. Some extended opening hours apply during school holidays and all times are subject to change.

Before you book

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still have a ticket reserved.

Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to staff, either printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the start of your tour.

There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival, with proof of disability. The free helper ticket is issued at the attraction.

SEA LIFE London is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk away via signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are about 10 to 15 minutes’ walk across Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster station, use exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.

The attraction is fully wheelchair accessible. It can admit up to 10 wheelchair users at any one time, with places allocated on a first come, first served basis. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.
