SEA LIFE London Standard Entry + Behind The Scene Tour at SEA LIFE London takes you through the aquarium’s themed habitat zones, with a route that includes Polar Adventure, Ocean Zone, Rainforest Adventure, the jellyfish area and the shark display. The experience features over 5,000 animals, including Gentoo penguins, green sea turtles, stingrays, a zebra shark and the resident crocodile, Forest.

Visitors can also join interactive daily talks and learn more about underwater creatures throughout the day. The attraction’s timetable includes talks, activities and regular feeds for octopuses, rays, penguins, sharks and rainforest creatures.

For most guests, the visit lasts around 1.5 to 2 hours, although you can spend longer or shorter depending on your pace.

Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours on average. Opening times: open every day except Christmas Day; Monday to Friday and Sunday 10am to 5pm last entry; Saturday 9:30am to 6pm last entry. Extended opening hours may apply during school holidays and all times are subject to change.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under go free, but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

Please arrive at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to a member of staff, either printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the start of your tour.

SEA LIFE London is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk via signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are around 10 to 15 minutes’ walk via Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster, exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.

The attraction is fully wheelchair accessible. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. SEA LIFE London can admit up to 10 wheelchair users at any one time, with spaces allocated on a first come, first served basis. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.
