SEA LIFE London Standard Entry + Behind The Scene Tour at SEA LIFE London, County Hall, is a visit through the aquarium’s themed habitat zones. The experience takes you from the icy setting of Polar Adventure and the gentoo penguins to the Ocean Zone, Rainforest Adventure and the shark display, with more than 5,000 animals to see.

Along the way, you can join interactive daily talks and see scheduled feeds throughout the day for octopuses, rays, penguins, sharks and rainforest creatures. The attraction is designed as a self-paced visit, so the time you spend can vary.

Key facts: allow around 1.5 to 2 hours for the full experience. SEA LIFE London is open every day except Christmas Day: Monday to Friday and Sunday, 10am to 5pm last entry; Saturday, 9:30am to 6pm last entry. Some extended opening hours run during school holidays.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Please attend at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to a member of staff, either printed or on a mobile device. You will be scanned in before the start of your tour.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival on presentation of proof of disability. The attraction is fully wheelchair accessible and can admit up to 10 wheelchair users at any one time; wheelchair places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

SEA LIFE London is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around a five-minute walk following signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are about a 10 to 15 minute walk via Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
