SEA LIFE London Standard Entry + Behind The Scene Tour at SEA LIFE London takes you through the aquarium’s themed habitat zones, including Polar Adventure, Ocean Zone, Rainforest Adventure and the jellyfish area. The experience features over 5,000 animals, from Gentoo penguins and green sea turtles to stingrays, a zebra shark and the resident crocodile, Forest.
Daily talks, activities and feeds take place throughout the day for octopuses, rays, penguins, sharks and rainforest creatures. Check the daily timetable on arrival to plan your visit around the sessions that interest you most.
Most visits take around 1.5 to 2 hours, although the time you spend inside depends on how long you want to explore the underwater displays.
Key facts: Average duration 1.5 to 2 hours; open every day except Christmas Day; Monday to Friday and Sunday 10am to 5pm last entry, Saturday 9:30am to 6pm last entry; some extended opening hours during school holidays. All opening times are subject to change.
Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket.
Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, to a member of staff for scanning before the start of your tour.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is fully wheelchair accessible, with up to 10 wheelchair users admitted at any one time on a first come, first served basis. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

SEA LIFE London is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes’ walk away, following signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are about 10 to 15 minutes’ walk across Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
