London Eye Fast Track Flexi at the London Eye is a ride on the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel on the South Bank of the River Thames. The 135-metre wheel has 32 high-tech glass capsules and offers 360-degree views across London.
From the capsules, you can see Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square. On a clear day, the panoramic views can extend as far as Windsor Castle.
Duration: One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. Views: 40 kilometre panoramic views in all directions.
Admission: Go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket and present it either printed or on a mobile device. You will be scanned in before the start of your tour.
Children: Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.
Accessibility and cancellations: Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, with a maximum of two wheelchairs per capsule and eight wheelchairs in total on the London Eye at any one time. Wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk via signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are ten to fifteen minutes away, and from Westminster station take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
