London Eye Fast Track Flexi at the London Eye in the Riverside building, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7PB, gives access to one rotation on the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel. The London Eye stands 135 metres high and has 32 high-tech glass capsules.
From the wheel, you can take in 360-degree views across London and, on a clear day, see up to 40 kilometres in all directions. Landmarks mentioned include Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square.
The ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket and present it to a member of staff, printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of your tour.
Key facts: one rotation lasts approximately 30 minutes; infants aged 3 years and under are free but still need a ticket; children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival at the attraction with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible. For health and safety reasons, only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs are allowed on the London Eye at any one time.
Once you have booked your standard ticket, it is recommended that you book your wheelchair timeslot in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is about five minutes’ walk away and is the closest station. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk, via Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
