About London Eye Fast Track Flexi

London Eye Fast Track Flexi takes you to the London Eye on the South Bank of the River Thames. At 135 metres, it is the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel and is made up of 32 high-tech glass capsules.

The wheel gives 360-degree views across London, with 40 kilometre panoramic views in all directions. On a clear day, you can see as far as Windsor Castle, along with landmarks including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square.

Key facts: One rotation on the London Eye takes approximately 30 minutes.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival with proof of disability.

Go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device and you will be scanned in before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

The attraction is wheelchair accessible. For health and safety reasons, only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs in total are allowed on the London Eye at any one time. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of several Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest and is about five minutes’ walk, following signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk via Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster station is also nearby.
