About London Eye Fast Track Flexi

London Eye Fast Track Flexi takes place at the London Eye on the South Bank of the River Thames. At 135 metres, the London Eye is the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel, with 32 high-tech glass capsules and 360-degree views across the city.

One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes, giving you time to take in London landmarks including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square.

On a clear day, the views reach up to 40 kilometres in all directions, as far as Windsor Castle.

Before you book

Age guidance: Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

Entry: Go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before the start of your experience.

Accessibility and refunds: The attraction is wheelchair accessible. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. If you are using a wheelchair, it is recommended that you book a wheelchair timeslot in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference. For health and safety, only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and eight wheelchairs in total are allowed on the London Eye at any one time. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are ten to fifteen minutes’ walk, across Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
