About London Eye Fast Track Flexi

London Eye Fast Track Flexi at the London Eye on the South Bank of the River Thames offers a 30-minute rotation on one of the world’s tallest observation wheels. At 135 metres, the London Eye has 32 high-tech glass capsules and 360-degree views across London.

From the wheel you can see some of the capital’s best-known landmarks, including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square. On a clear day, the views extend up to 40 kilometres in all directions.

The London Eye is a straightforward option if you want a timed visit with broad city views from a central London location.

Key facts: one rotation takes approximately 30 minutes; infants aged 3 and under are free but must still reserve a ticket; children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Before you book

Go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket to a member of staff, either printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before the start of your visit.

There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival, with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible. For health and safety reasons, only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs in total are allowed on the London Eye at any one time. After booking, wheelchair timeslots should be arranged in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes away on foot. From Embankment and Charing Cross, it is a ten to fifteen minute walk via Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
