About London Eye Fast Track Flexi

London Eye Fast Track Flexi at the London Eye offers a 30-minute rotation on one of the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheels. Situated on the South Bank of the River Thames, the attraction reaches 135 metres and provides 360-degree views across London.

From the glass capsules, you can see landmarks including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square. The London Eye has 32 high-tech glass capsules and offers panoramic views of up to 40 kilometres in all directions on a clear day.

The experience is designed for visitors who want a straightforward way to see the capital from above, with Fast Track Flexi giving a timed entry at the attraction.

Before you book

Go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket to a member of staff, either printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before the start of your tour.

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket.

There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.

The attraction is wheelchair accessible. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. For health and safety reasons, only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs are allowed on the London Eye at any one time. After booking, wheelchair users are recommended to email customer.services@londoneye.com with their order reference to book a wheelchair timeslot in advance. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes’ walk away. From Embankment and Charing Cross, cross over Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
