London Eye Fast Track Flexi at the London Eye takes you on one rotation of the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel, located on the South Bank of the River Thames. From 135 metres up, the wheel offers 360-degree views across London.
The London Eye has 32 high-tech glass capsules and panoramic views stretching up to 40 kilometres in all directions on a clear day. Landmarks visible from the wheel include Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square.
This is a timed visit to one of London’s best-known viewpoints, with each ride lasting around 30 minutes.
Key facts: One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. Infants aged 3 years and under go free, but still need a ticket. The attraction is wheelchair accessible.
Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket.
Go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket to a member of staff, either printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before the start of your tour.
There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival upon presentation of proof of disability. For health and safety reasons, only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs are allowed on the London Eye at any one time. After booking, wheelchair users are recommended to email customer.services@londoneye.com with their order reference to arrange a timeslot in advance. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

The London Eye is within walking distance of several Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk, following signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are both about ten to fifteen minutes’ walk, crossing Hungerford Bridge. Westminster station is also nearby; take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
