About London Eye Fast Track Flexi

London Eye Fast Track Flexi at the London Eye is a 30-minute ride on one of the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheels. Situated on the South Bank of the River Thames, the wheel stands 135 metres high and offers 360-degree views across London.

The London Eye has 32 high-tech glass capsules and gives panoramic views in all directions, with landmarks including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square visible from the ride.

On a clear day, views can stretch as far as Windsor Castle. One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Please go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket and present it printed or on a mobile device to be scanned before the start of your visit.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs in total are allowed on the London Eye at any one time. Wheelchair timeslots can be arranged in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com with your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes away via signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are about a 10 to 15 minute walk across Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster station, exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
