About London Eye Fast Track Flexi

London Eye Fast Track Flexi is at the London Eye, on the South Bank of the River Thames. The London Eye is 135 metres high and is the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel, with 40 kilometre panoramic views in all directions on a clear day.

Ride in one of 32 high-tech glass capsules and take in 360-degree views of London, including landmarks such as Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square.

One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs in total are permitted at any one time. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. After purchase, there are no exchanges or refunds.

Go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket and present it to staff, either printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of your visit.

The London Eye is within walking distance of several Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest, about five minutes away via signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a 10 to 15 minute walk, crossing Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster, use exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
