About London Eye Fast Track Flexi

London Eye Fast Track Flexi at the London Eye is a ride on the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel. Located on the South Bank of the River Thames, the wheel stands 135 metres high and is made up of 32 high-tech glass capsules.

From the London Eye, you get 360-degree views across the capital, with panoramic views in all directions for up to 40 kilometres on a clear day. Landmarks visible from the wheel include Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square.

Key facts: One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes.

Before you book

Go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket. Please present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, and it will be scanned before the start of your visit. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival with proof of disability. If you need a wheelchair timeslot, book this in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs are permitted on the London Eye at any one time. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk across Hungerford Bridge. Westminster station is closest to Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.
