About London Eye Fast Track Flexi

London Eye Fast Track Flexi at the London Eye is a ride on one of the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheels. Set on the South Bank of the River Thames, it gives 360-degree views from 135 metres up, with sights including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square.

The London Eye has 32 high-tech glass capsules, and on a clear day the views can reach up to 40 kilometres in all directions. It is an established part of London’s skyline and a straightforward way to see the city from above.

Key facts: One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. The London Eye stands 135 metres high and has 32 glass capsules.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

Go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before the start of your tour.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs in total are allowed on the London Eye at any one time. If you use a wheelchair, it is recommended that you book a timeslot in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a 10 to 15 minute walk, across Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
