About London Eye Fast Track Flexi

London Eye Fast Track Flexi at the London Eye on the South Bank of the River Thames takes you on a ride on the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel. At 135 metres high, it is a distinctive part of London’s skyline and offers 360-degree views across the city.

Made up of 32 high-tech glass capsules, the London Eye gives panoramic views in all directions. On a clear day, you can see as far as Windsor Castle, along with London landmarks including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square.

Key facts: one rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. The wheel offers 40 kilometre views in all directions.

Before you book

Go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before the start of your tour.

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but a ticket must still be reserved for them.

There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival at the attraction with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible. For health and safety reasons, only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs are allowed on the London Eye at any one time. It is recommended that you book your wheelchair timeslot in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are both about a ten to fifteen minute walk, via Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
