About London Eye Fast Track Flexi

London Eye Fast Track Flexi at the London Eye offers a ride on one of London’s best-known landmarks on the South Bank of the River Thames. At 135 metres, the London Eye is the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel, with 32 high-tech glass capsules and 360-degree views across the capital.

One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes and, on a clear day, the views can reach up to 40 kilometres in all directions. From the wheel you can see landmarks including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square.

The experience is straightforward to use: go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket, then present your ticket on paper or on a mobile device to be scanned before the start of your visit.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

The attraction is wheelchair accessible. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. For health and safety reasons, only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs are allowed on the London Eye at any one time. After booking, it is recommended that you reserve a wheelchair timeslot in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of several Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest, about five minutes away on foot; follow signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are both about a 10 to 15 minute walk, across Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
