About London Eye Fast Track Flexi

London Eye Fast Track Flexi at the London Eye gives access to one rotation on the observation wheel on the South Bank of the River Thames. At 135 metres, it is the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel and has 32 high-tech glass capsules.

The wheel offers 360-degree views across London and 40 kilometre panoramic views in all directions, with sights including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square. On a clear day, the view can reach as far as Windsor Castle.

One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes.

Before you book

Entry: Go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket. Present the e-ticket either printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before the start of your visit. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Families and access: Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The attraction is wheelchair accessible. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. For wheelchair users, there are only two wheelchairs per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs in total on the London Eye at any one time. After booking, a wheelchair timeslot can be requested in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk via signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are both around a 10 to 15 minute walk across Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster, use exit 1 and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
