London Eye Fast Track Flexi is a visit to the London Eye on the South Bank of the River Thames. The London Eye is 135 metres tall and is the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel, with 32 high-tech glass capsules.
From the wheel, you can take in 360-degree views across London and, on a clear day, see up to 40 kilometres in all directions. Landmarks mentioned include Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square.
Key facts: One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket.
Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability.
The attraction is wheelchair accessible. For health and safety reasons, only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and eight in total on the London Eye at any one time. After booking a standard ticket, it is recommended that you email customer.services@londoneye.com with your order reference to book a wheelchair timeslot in advance. Mobility scooters are not permitted.
Go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket and present it printed or on a mobile device for scanning before the start of your visit. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

The London Eye is within walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes away. From Embankment and Charing Cross, it is a ten to fifteen minute walk across Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
