About London Eye Fast Track Flexi

London Eye Fast Track Flexi is for the London Eye on the South Bank of the River Thames. The ride takes you on one rotation of the 135-metre observation wheel, which is made up of 32 high-tech glass capsules.

From the wheel, you get 360-degree views across London and, on a clear day, can see up to 40 kilometres in all directions. Landmarks named by the operator include Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square.

The London Eye is the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel.

Key facts: One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. The wheel stands 135 metres high and has 32 capsules.

Before you book

Go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket and present it to staff, either printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the start of your visit.

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and eight in total on the London Eye at any one time. Mobility scooters are not admitted. It is recommended that wheelchair timeslots are booked in advance.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes' walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk via Hungerford Bridge, and from Westminster you should take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
