About London Eye Fast Track Flexi

London Eye Fast Track Flexi at the London Eye, Riverside building, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7PB, offers a ride on the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel. Standing 135 metres high, the London Eye features 32 high-tech glass capsules and 360-degree views over the capital.

From its South Bank setting on the River Thames, the wheel gives panoramic views for up to 40 kilometres on a clear day. Landmarks you may be able to see include Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square.

Key facts: One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes.

Before you book

Go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket and present it either printed or on a mobile device. You will be scanned in before the start of your tour.

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. The attraction is wheelchair accessible. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. For health and safety reasons, only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and eight in total on the London Eye at any one time. Mobility scooters are not admitted. If you are using a wheelchair, it is recommended that you book a timeslot in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference.

The nearest Underground station is Waterloo, about five minutes’ walk via the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a ten to fifteen minute walk across Hungerford Bridge. Westminster station is also nearby; from exit one, follow signs for Westminster Pier.
