About London Eye Fast Track Flexi

London Eye Fast Track Flexi at the London Eye on the South Bank of the River Thames is a ride on one of the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheels. Standing 135 metres high, the wheel has 32 high-tech glass capsules and offers 360-degree views across London.

From the London Eye, you can see landmarks including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square. On a clear day, the views can extend as far as Windsor Castle.

Key facts: One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but a ticket must still be reserved. Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival at the attraction with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, with a maximum of two wheelchairs per capsule and eight wheelchairs in total on the London Eye at any one time. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. After booking your standard ticket, wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference.

Go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket and present it printed or on a mobile device to be scanned before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk via Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
