About London Eye Fast Track Flexi

London Eye Fast Track Flexi is a ticket for the London Eye on the South Bank of the River Thames. The attraction is a 135-metre observation wheel with 32 high-tech glass capsules, and one rotation takes approximately 30 minutes.

From the capsule, you can take in 360-degree views across London, with landmarks including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square. On a clear day, the view can reach as far as Windsor Castle.

The London Eye is the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel, making it one of the city’s most recognisable viewpoints.

Key facts: One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. The London Eye is 135 metres tall and has 32 capsules. Entry is via Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket.

Before you book

Before you book: Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Present your e-ticket at Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your ticket; you can use a printed ticket or a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before the start of your visit.

There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, with a maximum of two wheelchairs per capsule and eight wheelchairs on the London Eye at any one time. Mobility scooters are not admitted. If you are using a wheelchair, it is recommended that you book a wheelchair timeslot in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference.

The London Eye is within walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk away. From Westminster station, use exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
