About London Eye Fast Track Flexi

London Eye Fast Track Flexi at the London Eye, Riverside building, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7PB, takes you on the South Bank observation wheel above the River Thames. At 135 metres high, the London Eye is the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel, with 360-degree views across London.

One rotation lasts around 30 minutes and takes place in one of 32 high-tech glass capsules. On a clear day, the views can reach up to 40 kilometres, with landmarks including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square visible from the wheel.

This ticket uses standard access, with entry via Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device and you will be scanned in before the start of your tour.

Key facts: One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. The London Eye stands 135 metres high and has 32 glass capsules. Views can extend up to 40 kilometres on a clear day.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Please go to Standard Access (A) at the time shown on your e-ticket and bring the ticket on paper or on a mobile device for scanning before the tour starts.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk away. From Embankment and Charing Cross, cross Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.

The attraction is wheelchair accessible. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. For health and safety reasons, only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and eight wheelchairs in total on the London Eye at any one time. To book a wheelchair timeslot in advance, email customer.services@londoneye.com and quote your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.
