About

About The London Eye Standard Experience + River Cruise

The London Eye Standard Experience + River Cruise combines a River Thames cruise with standard admission to the London Eye and access to the 4D cinema experience. The cruise is a circular trip without stops, boarding and disembarking at the London Eye Pier only.

From the river and from the wheel, you see some of London’s best-known landmarks. Since 2000, the London Eye has taken over 70 million people into London’s skyline, and it is the most popular paid attraction in the UK.

Key facts: The River Cruise lasts 40 minutes and the London Eye rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. The time you book is for the River Cruise; your London Eye timeslot is booked afterwards through the booking portal once you receive your e-ticket.

Before you book

The timeslot shown on your e-ticket is for the River Cruise. After you receive your e-ticket, log in to the booking portal to choose your London Eye timeslot. Please arrive at London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 years and under go free, but a ticket still needs to be reserved. Audio commentaries on the cruise are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

The attraction is wheelchair accessible. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. For health and safety, only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time, so you are advised to email customer.services@londoneye.com after booking, quoting your order reference, to arrange a wheelchair timeslot. Mobility scooters are not admitted.
