The London Eye Standard Experience + River Cruise combines a circular sightseeing cruise on the River Thames with standard admission to the London Eye. The cruise gives you views of London’s riverside landmarks from the river, followed by a rotation on the London Eye for a different perspective of the city.
Since 2000, the London Eye has taken over 70 million people on a journey into London’s skyline. The overview describes the cruise as award winning, and the London Eye as the most popular paid attraction in the UK.
This combined ticket includes standard boarding for the 40-minute circular cruise, standard admission to the London Eye via Queue A, and access to the London Eye 4D cinema experience.
Key facts: The River Cruise lasts around 40 minutes and the London Eye rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. The ticket is for a circular cruise with boarding and disembarking at the London Eye Pier only. Audio commentaries on the cruise are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.
The timeslot you book is for the River Cruise. After receiving your e-ticket, you will need to log into the booking portal to book your London Eye timeslot. Please go to the London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding.
Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
The attraction is wheelchair accessible. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival, with proof of disability. For health and safety reasons, only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. After booking, wheelchair users are advised to email customer.services@londoneye.com with their order reference to book a wheelchair timeslot in advance. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Eye Pier is below The Lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Tube station, around five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are about ten to fifteen minutes’ walk, and Westminster station is also nearby via exit one and signs for Westminster Pier.
