The London Eye Standard Experience + River Cruise at the London Eye combines a circular River Thames cruise with standard admission to the London Eye. The cruise boards and disembarks at the London Eye Pier only, and the ticket also includes access to the London Eye 4D cinema experience.
Since 2000, more than 70 million people have taken the London Eye journey into London’s skyline. The London Eye is the most popular paid attraction in the UK, and the cruise offers views of the city’s riverside landmarks from the river.
On the River Cruise, audio commentary is available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.
Key facts: The River Cruise lasts around 40 minutes and the London Eye rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. The combined ticket includes standard boarding to the cruise, standard admission to the London Eye via Queue A, and access to the London Eye 4D cinema experience.
The timeslot confirmed with your booking is for the River Cruise. Once you receive your e-ticket, log in to the booking portal to reserve your London Eye timeslot. Arrive at the London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket, and present the e-ticket printed or on a mobile device before boarding.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.

The London Eye Pier is below the London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, around five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are about a 10 to 15 minute walk, and Westminster station is also nearby.
The attraction is wheelchair accessible. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. For wheelchair timeslots, email customer.services@londoneye.com and quote your order reference. For health and safety reasons, only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. Mobility scooters are not admitted.
