The London Eye Standard Experience + River Cruise at the London Eye combines a circular sightseeing cruise on the River Thames with standard admission to the London Eye and access to the 4D cinema experience. The cruise boards at the London Eye Pier and gives you views of London’s riverside landmarks from the water.
The London Eye has been operating since 2000 and has taken over 70 million people on a journey into London’s skyline. It is described as the most popular paid attraction in the UK, and the cruise is presented as a unique, award-winning sightseeing experience.
This is a combined ticket for two viewpoints of the city: the river cruise and the London Eye rotation. The London Eye rotation takes approximately 30 minutes, and the river cruise lasts 40 minutes.
Key facts: River cruise timeslot is booked first; after receiving your e-ticket, you can log into the booking portal to reserve your London Eye timeslot. The cruise is circular with no stops, and audio commentary is available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket.
Your confirmed timeslot is for the River Cruise. After you receive your e-ticket, you must use the booking portal to choose your London Eye timeslot. Please go to the London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket, and present the e-ticket either printed or on a mobile device.
There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time and mobility scooters cannot be admitted. After booking, wheelchair users are advised to email customer.services@londoneye.com with their order reference to book a timeslot in advance.

The London Eye Pier is below The Lastminute.com London Eye. The nearest Underground station is Waterloo, around five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster is also nearby, with signs for Westminster Pier from exit one.
