The London Eye Standard Experience + River Cruise combines a 40-minute circular cruise on the River Thames with standard admission to the London Eye in London. The cruise boards and disembarks at the London Eye Pier only, and the ticket also includes access to the London Eye 4D cinema experience.

The River Cruise is an award-winning sightseeing cruise that passes some of the city’s riverside landmarks. Since 2000, more than 70 million people have taken a ride on the London Eye, which is the most popular paid attraction in the UK.

It is a combined ticket for two of the city’s best-known sightseeing experiences, giving you views from the river and from the London Eye.

Before you book

The timeslot confirmed is for the River Cruise. Once you receive your e-ticket, log into the booking portal to book your London Eye timeslot. Please arrive at the London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket and present the e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before boarding.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and may request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival, on presentation of proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. Mobility scooters are not admitted. Wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com with your order reference. Audio commentaries on the cruise are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

The London Eye Pier is situated below The Lastminute.com London Eye. The closest Underground station is Waterloo, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster is also within walking distance.
