The London Eye Standard Experience + River Cruise at the London Eye combines a circular sightseeing cruise on the River Thames with standard admission to the London Eye. It is a combined ticket that gives you two different views of London, from the water and from the wheel.
The London Eye has operated since 2000 and says it has taken over 70 million people on a journey into London’s skyline. The attraction also states that it is the most popular paid attraction in the UK.
The River Cruise is a circular cruise without stops, with boarding and disembarking at the London Eye Pier only. Your London Eye visit includes standard admission via Queue A and access to the London Eye 4D cinema experience.
Key facts: The River Cruise lasts 40 minutes and the London Eye rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. Audio commentary on the cruise is available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.
Before you book: The timeslot confirmed is for the River Cruise. Once you receive your e-ticket, log into the booking portal to book your London Eye timeslot. Please go to the London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket, and present the e-ticket printed or on a mobile device so it can be scanned before boarding.
Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
The attraction is wheelchair accessible. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. For health and safety reasons, only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time, mobility scooters cannot be admitted, and wheelchair timeslots can be requested in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com with your order reference.
