The London Eye Standard Experience + River Cruise at the London Eye combines standard boarding to a 40-minute sightseeing cruise on the River Thames with standard admission to the London Eye via Queue A and access to the 4D cinema experience.

The award-winning cruise takes in London’s riverside landmarks. Audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Since 2000, the London Eye has taken over 70 million people on a journey into London’s skyline, and it is described as the most popular paid attraction in the UK.

Key facts: The River Cruise is circular without stops, with boarding and disembarking at the London Eye Pier only; the London Eye rotation takes approximately 30 minutes.

Before you book

The timeslot confirmed with this ticket is for the River Cruise. Once you receive your e-ticket, log into the booking portal to choose your London Eye timeslot. Please go to the London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket, and present it printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding.

Infants aged 3 and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival, with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time, and mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Eye Pier is situated below the attraction. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, about five minutes' walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are both around a 10 to 15 minute walk, and Westminster is also nearby.
