The London Eye Standard Experience + River Cruise at the London Eye combines a circular sightseeing cruise on the River Thames with standard admission to The Coca-Cola London Eye. The cruise gives you views of London’s riverside landmarks from the water, while the London Eye offers a moving view of the city from the South Bank.
Since 2000, the London Eye has taken over 70 million people on a journey into London’s skyline, and it is the most popular paid attraction in the UK. The combined ticket also includes access to the London Eye 4D cinema experience.
The River Cruise is a 40-minute circular cruise without stops, boarding and disembarking only at the London Eye pier.

The booked timeslot is for the River Cruise; after receiving your e-ticket, you must log into the booking portal to choose your London Eye timeslot. Audio commentaries on the River Cruise are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.
Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.
Your e-ticket can be shown printed or on a mobile device. Please go to the London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket, and present it to staff for scanning before boarding the cruise.

The London Eye Pier is situated below The Lastminute.com London Eye. The nearest Underground station is Waterloo, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are about a 10 to 15-minute walk, and Westminster station is also nearby.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and may request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, although only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. After booking, wheelchair users are recommended to email customer.services@londoneye.com with their order reference to book a wheelchair timeslot in advance.
