The London Eye Standard Experience + River Cruise at the London Eye combines a circular cruise on the River Thames with a ride on the London Eye, giving two views of London in one combined ticket. The cruise boards and disembarks at the London Eye Pier only, and the London Eye rotation takes approximately 30 minutes.
The London Eye has taken over 70 million people on a journey into London’s skyline since 2000, and it is described as the most popular paid attraction in the UK. The river cruise is described as an award-winning sightseeing cruise, taking in popular riverside landmarks from the Thames.
Audio commentaries on the river cruise are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.
Key facts: The ticket includes standard boarding to the 40-minute circular sightseeing cruise, standard admission to the London Eye via Queue A, and access to the London Eye 4D cinema experience. The timeslot you book is for the River Cruise; after your e-ticket is issued, you can log into the booking portal to select your London Eye timeslot.
Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. Please arrive at the London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket, and present the e-ticket either printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding.
There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time, and mobility scooters cannot be admitted. Wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference.

The London Eye Pier is situated below The Lastminute.com London Eye. The attraction is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes away on foot. Embankment and Charing Cross are about a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster station is also nearby.
