About The London Eye Standard Experience + River Cruise

The London Eye Standard Experience + River Cruise at the London Eye combines a 40-minute circular cruise on the River Thames with standard admission to the London Eye, plus access to the 4D cinema experience. It is a combined ticket for seeing London from the river and from the wheel.

Since 2000, the London Eye has taken over 70 million people on a journey into London’s skyline, and it is the most popular paid attraction in the UK. On the cruise, audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Duration: The River Cruise lasts 40 minutes and the rotation on the London Eye takes approximately 30 minutes.

Before you book

Times and tickets: The timeslot you book is for the River Cruise. Once you receive your e-ticket, log into the booking portal to book your London Eye timeslot. Please go to the London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket and present it either printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding.

Age, accessibility and refunds: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time, and mobility scooters cannot be admitted. No exchanges or refunds are available after purchase.

The London Eye Pier is situated below The lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, about five minutes' walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a 10 to 15 minute walk via Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster station is also nearby via exit one and signs for Westminster Pier.
