The London Eye Standard Experience + River Cruise combines a 40-minute circular cruise on the River Thames with standard admission to the London Eye, including access via Queue A and the 4D cinema experience. The River Cruise boards and disembarks at the London Eye Pier only.
From the river and the wheel, you see two views of London’s landmarks. Since 2000, the London Eye has taken over 70 million people on a journey into London’s skyline, and it is the most popular paid attraction in the UK.
Key facts: The River Cruise lasts 40 minutes and the London Eye rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. Audio commentary on the cruise is available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but still need a ticket. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival, with proof of disability.
The time slot you book is for the River Cruise. After you receive your e-ticket, log into the booking portal to reserve your London Eye time slot. Please arrive at London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket and present the e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

The London Eye Pier is situated below The Lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest tube station, around five minutes’ walk following signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are about 10 to 15 minutes away across Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster is also nearby via exit one and signs for Westminster Pier.
The attraction is wheelchair accessible. For wheelchair users, email customer.services@londoneye.com after booking and quote your order reference to request a wheelchair timeslot in advance. For health and safety, only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time, and mobility scooters cannot be admitted.
