Important booking information: The cruise ticket does not include a flight on The lastminute.com London Eye. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Accessibility: The attraction is wheelchair accessible. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. For health and safety, only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time, and mobility scooters cannot be admitted. It is recommended that wheelchair users book a timeslot in advance.
