The London Eye River Cruise at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier is an award-winning 40-minute circular sightseeing cruise on the Thames. It departs from the pier below the London Eye and takes in some of the city’s best-known riverside landmarks, including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge, with expert guides on board.
The cruise includes a souvenir guide map in seven languages and access to The lastminute.com London Eye 4D experience. Audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.
The boat has covered and sun deck seating, so it is suitable in all weathers. Please note that the cruise ticket does not include a flight on The lastminute.com London Eye.
Duration: 40 minutes. This is a circular cruise without stops, with boarding and disembarking at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier only.
Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.
Please arrive at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device, and there are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time, and mobility scooters cannot be admitted. After booking, wheelchair timeslots should be arranged in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk following signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are around 10 to 15 minutes’ walk across Hungerford Bridge.
