The London Eye River Cruise departs from The lastminute.com London Eye Pier below the London Eye. This award-winning sightseeing cruise takes you along the River Thames past some of London’s best-known riverside landmarks, with expert guides providing commentary throughout the journey.

The cruise passes landmarks including the Houses of Parliament, Millennium Bridge and Tower Bridge, with commentary that shares facts about the city’s history and stories connected with the route. It also includes a souvenir guide map in seven languages and access to The lastminute.com London Eye 4D experience.

Key facts: 40-minute circular cruise; no stops; boarding and disembarking at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier only; the price does not include a flight on The lastminute.com London Eye; audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin; suitable in all weathers with covered and sun deck seating.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Please arrive at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device, and it will be scanned before boarding.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time; wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

The pier is below The lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a 10 to 15 minute walk across Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster is also nearby.
