About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise departs from The lastminute.com London Eye Pier and is a 40-minute circular sightseeing cruise on the Thames. This award-winning cruise takes in London’s riverside landmarks from the water, with views that include the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge before returning to the pier.

On board, expert guides provide commentary with facts and humour, covering landmarks such as the Millennium Bridge and the history of the Houses of Parliament. The ticket also includes a souvenir guide map, available in seven languages, and access to The lastminute.com London Eye 4D experience.

The cruise is suitable in all weathers, with covered and sun deck seating. Audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Before you book

Please go to The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present the ticket printed or on a mobile device, and it will be scanned before boarding.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time and mobility scooters cannot be admitted. If you need a wheelchair timeslot, it is recommended that you email customer.services@londoneye.com with your order reference in advance.

The pier is below The lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest London Underground station, around a five-minute walk. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster station is also within walking distance.
