Before you book

Tickets and age guidance: This ticket is for the cruise only and does not include a flight on The lastminute.com London Eye. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Arrival: Please arrive at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. You can present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device before boarding.

Accessibility and changes: Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs can be accommodated on the cruise at any one time. If you need a wheelchair timeslot, email customer.services@londoneye.com in advance and quote your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

The London Eye is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is about five minutes' walk; Embankment and Charing Cross are around ten to fifteen minutes' walk via Hungerford Bridge; from Westminster, use exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
