Audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Duration: 40 minutes. Format: circular cruise without stops, with boarding and disembarking at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier only.

Before you book

Please arrive at The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase, and the cruise ticket does not include a flight on The lastminute.com London Eye.

Infants aged 3 years and under go free but still need a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The cruise is suitable in all weathers, with covered and sun deck seating.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on board at any one time. Mobility scooters are not admitted, and wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com with your order reference.

The pier is below The lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, around five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster station is also nearby; from exit one, follow signs for Westminster Pier.
